This position entails working closely with the Senior Clinical Program Director to support nursing staff through tailored educational programs. You will assess learning needs, lead training initiatives, and promote evidence-based best practices.
Your role includes engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration and participating in hospital committees to represent the nursing perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create targeted educational initiatives for nursing staff
• Assess and adapt educational strategies to staff needs
• Collaborate on corporate nursing education initiatives
• Engage in quality improvement and research projects
• Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff
Requirements:
• RN registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master's degree in nursing or education necessary
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in Endoscopy/Surgery preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• B.C.L.S. Level II certification mandatory
