Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between the homes of patients in your area
Requirements:
• Minimum two years community nursing experience
• Registered and in good standing with CNO
• Ability to work autonomously in the community
• Proficiency in English, additional languages beneficial
• Possess a valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
