Operating Room Nurse

Position: Operating Room Nurse at Humber River Health
Enhance your nursing career as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Operating Room at Humber River Health. This temporary full-time role offers hands-on surgical support and requires effective organizational skills.
As part of the surgical team, you will be responsible for scrubbing duties and ensuring smooth operations in the Operating Room. Candidates must be graduates of a recognized nursing program and hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Scrubbing competence and two years of operating room experience are preferred for this position.

• Perform scrubbing duties during surgical procedures

• Function effectively within the surgical team
Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing program

• Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with Ontario

• Current BCLS certification

• Operating Room Certificate required

• Demonstrated good organizational and interpersonal skills
