Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care planning

• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions effectively

• Maintain high standards of infection control practices

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of hemodialysis experience

• Nephrology certificate needed or in progress

• Completion of vascular access modules required

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS certification and patient assessment course completion required
