Position: Permanent Team Leader in ENT & Dentistry
Drive clinical excellence as the Permanent Team Leader in ENT and Dentistry at the Bayview site. Collaborate with Patient Care Managers to enhance patient care and staff development.

In this pivotal role, you will guide clinical patient care while fostering a skilled and effective team in the Operating Room. Your responsibilities include identifying patient care issues, managing surgical specialty needs, and orchestrating an efficient perioperative experience. A strong emphasis is placed on professionalism, dedication, and commitment to high nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in clinical patient care in ENT surgeries

• Collaborate with Patient Care Manager II and APN

• Develop staff clinical knowledge and teamwork

• Manage surgical specific requirements for patient experiences

• Uphold high standards of nursing professionalism

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Registration for nursing

• BScN degree or equivalent qualifications

• Significant recent O.R. experience in ENT & Dentistry

• Charge Nurse or Team Leader experience preferred

• Completion of post-graduate O.R. course required
