This role involves supervising Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers as you deliver professional nursing care to residents. You will facilitate the coordination of services and lead daily reports, adapting to changes in residents' health. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct nursing services to meet residents' healthcare needs
• Lead shift reports and inform team of health updates
• Record key changes in residents’ health status
• Review and expedite physician's orders for patients
• Communicate any complications to management promptly
Requirements:
• Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Current registration with provincial nursing authority
• Strong understanding of health regulations and acts
• Proven skills in documentation and communication
