In this position, you will uphold the standards of practice mandated by the CNO while managing care delivery for seniors at Yee Hong. You will have the responsibility of supervising support staff, engaging with family members, and actively participating in inter-professional collaboration. Your expertise will ensure that residents receive comprehensive and empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident health and provide nursing assessments

• Supervise Personal Support Workers and their performance

• Conduct safety audits to improve resident care

• Manage pharmacy interactions for medication control

• Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings for care updates
Requirements:

• Active RPN license from the CNO

• CPR certification relevant for practical nursing

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in nursing beneficial

• Police Vulnerable Sector Screen for employment
