Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective PSW supervision on your unit

• Collect vital health data for individualized care

• Create, update, and implement care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain thorough documentation of health evaluations
Requirements:

• Required Practical Nursing diploma

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Ability to supervise and direct care staff

• Strong communication skills essential

• Proficient in care planning and assessment
