Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients routinely
• Educate and support patients and families through care
• Collaborate with healthcare team for effective care delivery
• Champion patient advocacy and involvement in care decisions
• Participate in nursing councils and improvement projects
Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses required
• Current BCLS certificate; ACLS preferred
• Essential Critical Care Certificate or experience in specialty
• 2-3 years clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
