Position: Registered Nurse for Level 3 ICU Care
Become a vital part of the care team as a Registered Nurse for level 3 and level 2 patients in the B5 ICU at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Use your critical care skills to provide exceptional nursing care and patient advocacy.
In this role, you will be responsible for primary care in a high-acuity ICU setting, actively participating in patient assessment and education. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient-focused care aligns with the values and mission of the institution. Your commitment to excellence will help guide your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for level 3 and level 2 patients

• Assess, intervene, and educate patients and families

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient needs

• Function effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment

• Advocate for patient-centered care approaches
Requirements:

• Current registration with the CNO

• Two years of Critical Care experience required

• Recent Trauma/Neuro experience preferred

• Baccalaureate in Nursing is an asset

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
