Terraces Assisted Living, part of Baycrest Terraces, provides primary care to approximately 200 seniors residing in individual suites. The RPN supports assessment and development of resident care plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and families to support resident transitions and provides health centre coverage as required.

• Community development and education, and individual counselling.
• Provides emergency and urgent care to clients as needed.
• Cares for minor episodic illness.
• Monitors and educates clients with stabilized chronic and long‑term illness.

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Current BCLS certificate, Level C-AED.
• Minimum two years’ experience in gerontological nursing.
• Minimum five years’ experience in both primary care community nursing and acute care.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment of seniors with complex medical, cognitive and social needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Basic computer skills – Meditech, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
