Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to CNO standards
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and timely
• Engage in interdisciplinary care planning discussions
• Oversee unregulated care providers as necessary
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification and expertise in geriatric care
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
• Ability to perform physical demands of nursing tasks
