Key Responsibilities- Provide full-service nursing care in the ICU
- Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team
- Implement care plans and nursing functions
- Participate in unit quality initiatives
- Support and mentor novice RNs in training
- Current RN status with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Critical Care Nursing Certificate or willingness to pursue
- One year experience in acute medical/surgical care preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive attendance record required
