Sunnybrook Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse

Serve at the forefront of patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

As a CVICU nurse, you will focus on delivering exceptional care for patients with acute cardiovascular conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of CVICU patients

• Administer interventions per established protocols

• Guide patient education and support initiatives

• Maintain advocacy during care decisions

• Preserve comprehensive records of patient treatment
Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Current BCLS; ACLS is preferred

• Extensive ICU & CVICU experience required

• A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• Commitment to lifelong learning in cardiovascular specialties
