In this role as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with an Advanced Foot Care Certification, you will care for clients in community clinics and their homes. You will focus on preventive measures and treat foot-related issues to ensure the well-being of seniors and those with mobility challenges. Your professionalism and commitment to client-centered care will shape their experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of foot health
• Collaborate on individualized care plans
• Report significant changes in clients’ conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards
• Participate in team meetings for continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Advanced Foot Care Certification required
• Minimum of 100 hours of practical foot care experience
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid Ontario G2 driver's license and dependable vehicle
