Join Rural Roads Health Services as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. This temporary contract role demands critical care skills and offers 24/7 support for patients.

The Registered Nurse position requires expertise in emergency care and supports patient care in our bustling Emergency Department. To qualify, candidates must possess a current Certificate of Competence, with a minimum of one year’s recent Critical Care experience. Additional skills needed include current B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Provide emergency care to patients 24/7
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
• Manage emotions and support team morale
• Facilitate positive relationships with patients and families

• Current Ontario RN Certificate of Competence
• Minimum 1 year Critical Care experience
• Preferred 1 year Medical/Surgical experience
• Current B.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends
