Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse 6 East Unit
Join the Complex Continuing Care Unit on 6 East as a part-time Registered Nurse, delivering critical nursing services to elderly patients with complex conditions. Your expertise in patient care is vital to supporting individualized health goals.
This role is centered around providing quality client and family-centered nursing services in a non-acute environment. A current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario is required, along with your engagement in interdisciplinary care and nursing interventions. You'll have the opportunity to teach and shape the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sound clinical assessments for patients

• Administer medications and implement nursing interventions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care

• Participate in nursing education and student programs
Requirements:

• Registration from CNO required

• Valid BCLS Level C certification

• BScN degree preferred

• Experience in palliative care is an asset

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
