Position: Compassionate RPN Role at Apotex 7
Join Baycrest Long-Term Care as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on cognitive support. This is a temporary full-time position, delivering vital care to residents on Apotex 7.
In this role, you will help manage the complex needs of residents facing cognitive and physical challenges. You'll work under the guidance of an RN, applying your nursing knowledge to deliver comprehensive, quality health care services. Your skills will be essential in fostering a dignified environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the RN to enhance client care

• Evaluate and carry out nursing interventions

• Perform thorough client assessments

• Contribute to interdisciplinary care for clients
Requirements:

• Registration in good standing from the CNO

• Current BCLS Level C certification required

• Experience in Long-Term Care settings preferred

• Dementia Care certification a plus

• Proficient in communication and problem-solving skills
