Position: Scarborough Full-Time Nurse at Tendercare

This role emphasizes adherence to nursing standards and the ability to manage patient assessments effectively. You will work collaboratively with both nursing and personal care staff while overseeing daily operations and training new personnel. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards and policies

• Assess and report on residents' conditions and vital signs

• Create and review tailored care plans for residents

• Supervise nursing staff and facilitate in-service education

• Conduct performance evaluations and address staff issues
Requirements:

• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registration or eligibility with Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario

• In-depth understanding of nursing practices and infection control

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are a plus
