As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role under ONA, emphasizing patient-centered care while adhering to established nursing principles. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care based on established standards
• Assist in developing and evaluating care plans regularly
• Manage and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Conduct performance appraisals and monitor staff performance
• Lead the nursing unit in the absence of the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in community or long-term care settings
• Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of creative problem-solving for complex issues
