As a Nurse Practitioner within Yee Hong, you will lead resident care initiatives, employing your clinical knowledge to assess and address health needs effectively.
Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments for resident care
- Lead the development of care plans suited to resident needs
- Facilitate communication within the care team
- Advocate for resident health and wellbeing
- Assist with implementing best nursing practices
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Master s degree in Nursing (MScN) mandated
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Police Vulnerable Sector Screen required
