Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service nursing care in the ICU

• Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team

• Implement care plans and nursing functions

• Participate in unit quality initiatives

• Support and mentor novice RNs in training
Requirements:

• Current RN status with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Critical Care Nursing Certificate or willingness to pursue

• One year experience in acute medical/surgical care preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Positive attendance record required
