As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive care to residents while ensuring all treatments adhere to standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your work will involve medication administration, documentation, and guidance for care staff, ultimately fostering client self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and follow treatment plans

• Document client and family concerns promptly

• Encourage self-care and holistic wellness strategies

• Complete care assessments and plans as scheduled

• Train and guide unregulated care staff
Requirements:

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate

• Valid Medication Administration Certificate

• One year of Geriatric Nursing experience

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
