This role requires practicing within the full scope of Nurse Practitioner duties, where advanced clinical knowledge and sound decision-making are crucial. You will collaborate with nursing colleagues and clinical educators to foster innovative learning environments and guide nursing professionals towards achieving strategic healthcare goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic planning
• Promote wellness in neonatal patient care
• Guide educational strategies for clinical staff
• Contribute to staffing and performance evaluation processes
• Offer consultancy in strategic decision-making
Requirements:
• RN(EC) license along with NP-Neonatal or Pediatric designation
• Extensive related experience in Neonatal ICU
• Master’s degree in Nursing with a Nurse Practitioner Diploma
• Proven leadership, teaching, and research experience
• Skills in evaluating nursing students’ clinical performance
