In this position, you'll deliver compassionate care to geriatric patients and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in the Acute Medicine Unit
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care planning for patients
• Utilize digital systems for precise patient documentation
• Mentor newly recruited nursing staff and students
• Participate in committees for healthcare improvement projects
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• BCLS certification is mandatory
• 2 years of experience in medical/surgical settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in healthcare
