Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical assessments and care to clients

• Administer medications and plan nursing interventions

• Support all stages of patient care from admission to discharge

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BCLS Level C certification required

• Preferred BScN and experience in geriatric care

• Demonstrated communication and problem-solving abilities

• Computer skills in Meditech and Office applications
