Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate patient care plans with the team

• Lead inter-professional team care forums
• Support mentorship of nursing students and new staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and hospital policies
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of nursing duties
