As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring ward-level support awaiting inpatient beds. This role demands a commitment to quality improvement and reflective practice, while continuously assessing and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify patient and family care needs consistently
• Conduct thorough assessments and reassess continuously
• Implement evidence-based interventions for positive outcomes
• Collaborate with RPNs to deliver holistic care
• Support quality improvement initiatives actively
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in Ontario with no restrictions
• Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Competency with medical devices and care principles
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
