Position: Temporary Full-Time RPN Position Available
Embark on a nursing career at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care with this temporary full-time Registered Practical Nurse position. Engage with residents and utilize your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will implement nursing processes, monitor resident conditions, and ensure high-quality care. Your communication skills will be crucial in liaising with families and healthcare teams to support resident needs. Additionally, you will provide guidance to Personal Support Workers and assist with staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and document patient care

• Collaborate with physicians on resident health

• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

• Manage medication records and supplies

• Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse Certification from Ontario

• Current CPR Certificate

• Strong problem-solving and initiative

• Computer literacy and nursing experience valued

• Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
