Responsibilities Implement Age Care policies and procedures on the neighbourhood
Notify physicians of significant changes in residents' conditions
Coordinate nursing services with health care teams
Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
Lead shift reports to keep the team informed of residents’ statuses
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Proven experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
Valuable standing with provincial registry
Knowledge of relevant health acts and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
