Elevate patient care with the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) position. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, leadership skills, and collaborative patient-centered care.
As an APN, you'll be a key leader in the Nursing and Observers Resource Teams, supporting advanced nursing practices and the professional development of new staff. With a strong background in nursing principles, you will contribute to enhancing clinical practice and patient outcomes through education, research, and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop evidence-based clinical best practices for nursing
• Support recruitment and development of nursing staff
• Promote professionalism and team integration

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
Master's in progress or completed
• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of ON
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience
• Strong teaching and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Contribute to advancing nursing practice and delivering exceptional patient care as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
