Your role will involve delivering a comprehensive range of nursing services for cancer patients and their families, aligning with the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform extensive health assessments for oncology patients
• Provide teaching and counseling to enhance patient care
• Administer non-hazardous treatments consistently
• Participate in patient advocacy and clinical decision-making
• Support healthcare navigation for patients and families
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration essential
• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma required
• At least 2 years of oncology nursing experience
• IV insertion skills and communication proficiency required
• Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment
