Join the Hennick Humber Hospital team as a Registered Nurse focused on cardiology. This Part Time role requires expertise in telemetry and acute patient care, available 24/7.
In this position, you will be responsible for the care of cardiac patients requiring specialized attention. Your experience in telemetry monitoring and patient documentation is essential for teamwork and ensuring patient safety. As a clinical leader, you will guide both nursing students and your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care to patients with complex cardio-respiratory needs
• Conduct telemetry monitoring for ongoing patient assessment
• Document care accurately using computerized systems
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams
• Lead and mentor nursing students in practical settings
Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification required
• Previous coronary care experience preferred
• Commitment to complete Coronary Care Level 1 within 6 months
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
