The Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit at TGH is a premier 43-bed critical care unit. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver compassionate care while adhering to professional nursing standards. This position requires the ability to provide ventilatory support and critical decision-making with a focus on lifelong learning and patient-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care

• Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethical practice

• Participate in continuing education and reflective practice

• Analyze nursing knowledge for improved patient care

• Perform cross-functional nursing responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) certification

• Minimum 2 years recent critical care nursing experience

• Completion of a recognized Critical Care Course preferred

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
