Key Responsibilities:

• Provide total care to palliative care patients

• Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare professionals

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs

• Adhere to the principles of Person Centred Care

• Manage pain and symptoms effectively

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Diploma in RPN and current B.C.L.S. certification required

• Prior experience in hospice palliative care is essential

• Knowledge of Canadian hospice palliative care standards preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills necessary
