The Nurse Practitioner role encompasses comprehensive patient assessments, therapeutic planning, and wellness promotion. You will utilize advanced theoretical knowledge alongside sound clinical reasoning to ensure exceptional care. The position also involves mentoring nursing staff, integrating research into practice, and contributing to strategic nursing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
• Promote health and wellness through education and support
• Collaborate with staff on innovative learning initiatives
• Mentor nursing professionals and guide their development
• Serve as a consultant for strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements:
• RN(EC) license with NP-Neonatal or Pediatric designation
• Extensive Neonatal ICU nursing experience required
• Master’s degree in Nursing and NP Diploma essential
• Proven track record as an advanced practitioner and educator
• Experience in evaluating nursing students and clinical fellows
