Temporary Registered Nurse

Advance your perinatal nursing career with a Temporary Registered Nurse role in the Labour and Delivery unit located in Toronto. Engage in direct patient care and critical assessments in this contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in Labour and Delivery

• Perform assessments on fetal and neonatal health

• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams

• Provide education on newborn care and feeding

• Assist in high-risk deliveries and related procedures

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Degree from a CNO-approved nursing program

• Valid BCLS and active NRP certification

• Completion of FHSL training during trial period

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
