In this role, you will provide and coordinate nursing services, ensuring care follows the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Your work entails conducting assessments, managing wound care, administering IV therapy, and coordinating care plans. Flexibility is key as you will engage in varied shifts, including day and evening options with on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
• Manage wound care, IV therapy, and diabetes care
• Coordinate care with hospital partners effectively
• Evaluate care plan interventions continuously
• Maintain high documentation standards with CNO compliance
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or degree from a recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR certification
• Experience in acute or medical-surgical nursing
• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance
Utilize your skills in community health nursing to provide exceptional care to clients transitioning from hospital to home.
