Position: Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to surgical oncology patients

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams on patient management

• Engage in discharge planning for patients

• Mentor students and support nursing staff development

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Relevant B.C.L.S. certification

• Experience in a primary nursing setting

• Background in nursing oncology preferred

• Proven communication skills in an interprofessional environment
