Spectrum Health is seeking full and part-time Registered Nurses. As part of our specialized palliative care team, you will provide integrated care in collaboration with other health professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on personalized care plans with interdisciplinary teams

• Attend clinical huddles and case conferences regularly

• Manage symptoms and coordinate patient education

• Advocate for patient needs and provide emotional support

• Travel within the assigned care region for patient visits
Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years nursing experience required

• Experience in palliative care preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
