We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Plan A Sudbury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Nurse Practitioner practice standards

• Collaborate on care plans with residents and families

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Nurse Practitioner Certification from a recognized program

• Minimum 1 year experience in Long-Term Care

• Knowledge of Point Click Care and RAI/MDS

• Current CPR Certificate and Vulnerable Sector Check
