Nursing Practice Manager in Long-Term Care

As part of the Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division, you'll report to the Director of Resident Care & Services. This role centers on leadership in clinical education and advancing nursing practices across long-term care settings. Your partnership with the nursing leadership will foster exemplary resident care and strong team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and train nursing staff for optimal performance
• Implement clinical best practices and policies
• Lead nursing program development and innovation
• Support decision-making processes in nursing care
• Monitor clinical performance data for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Degree in Nursing, Master's preferred
• Long-term care clinical management expertise
• Experience in curriculum development and delivery
• Strong knowledge of legislation affecting nursing
