Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate Stroke Prevention clinic functions

• Manage daily operations effectively

• Implement service adjustments based on client needs

• Promote best practices for stroke prevention

• Coordinate pharmacotherapy in line with guidelines
Requirements:

• Master of Nursing Degree required

• NP – Adult, RN(EC) with good standing

• Minimum 3 years in geriatrics/community nursing

• Knowledge of Canadian Stroke Best Practices

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
