Spectrum is looking for full and part-time RNs to join its palliative care team. This unique position involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to patients, families, and caregivers during challenging times. Your responsibilities will include symptom management and education, crucial for improving the quality of life for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored, patient-focused palliative care
• Work collaboratively on patient care plans with your team
• Participate in case conferences and clinical huddles
• Follow CNO, health acts, and Spectrum policies
• Travel within the designated region to deliver care
Requirements:
• Registered with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, ideally in palliative care
• Current police check for vulnerable populations
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
