The ideal candidate will have two years of recent medical-surgical experience and demonstrated leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans and participating in quality initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead patient care planning and delivery with a coordinated care team

• Implement effective nursing interventions and critical care practices

Requirements:

• Active CNO Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience

• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, IV/Blood Procurement

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
