Position: Sunnybrook RN for Critical Care Unit

In this pivotal role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care for critical care patients. Your experience in Level 2 or 3 critical care and commitment to education will be crucial in enhancing patient outcomes. You'll be expected to apply critical thinking skills and maintain strong communication and organization to facilitate effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care to Level III medical-surgical patients

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration for patient care

• Follow the standards of the College of Nurses and Sunnybrook

• Apply critical thinking to patient care strategies

• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS certification required

• Preferred Baccalaureate degree in Nursing

• Minimum of three years in Level 2 or 3 critical care

• Critical Care Course completion necessary
