Temporary Registered Nurse Labour and Delivery

Our maternity center, which assists approximately 6,000 births each year, is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse. This position requires you to provide direct care in Labour and Delivery, evaluate fetal health, and educate families about infant care. You’ll also conduct bloodwork and be part of high-risk delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care during Labour and Delivery
• Assess fetal and neonatal health with precision
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Educate families on medical procedures and newborn care
• Conduct vital bloodwork and support critical deliveries
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration certificate
• Graduate or near-graduate from a nursing program
• Current BCLS certification and NRP provider status
• Completion of FHSL course within 3 months
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities
Utilize your nursing expertise to make a meaningful impact in the Labour and Delivery unit.
