In this role, you will report to the Patient Care Manager while focusing on assessment, intervention, education, and supporting burn patients. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for burn patients through ongoing education and active participation in initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and interventions

• Advocate for patient needs and concerns

• Educate patients and families on care procedures

• Collaborate within the interprofessional team daily

• Participate in quality improvement projects and nursing councils

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BCLS certification

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• Minimum two years of Adult Critical Care experience

• Strong interest in wound care and patient advocacy
