Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and intervene in critically ill patient care

• Educate patients and families on care processes

• Advocate for patients’ needs and rights

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care

• Promote team communication and effective problem-solving

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• 2-3 years clinical experience in critical care

• Current BCLS and preferred ACLS certificates

• Commitment to continuing education in critical care
