Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' health needs to develop care plans

Requirements:

• RPN in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year recent community nursing experience required

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred, reliable vehicle considered an asset
